Wainani the Orca
Orcas were likely everyone’s favorite whale as a child. They certainly were my favorite! I would spend hours and hours drawing them. Did you know that they aren’t actually whales? They are scientifically classified under the Delphinidae family. That’s right. Dolphins! They are largest dolphins in the world.

My name is Megan Baehr. I have a BFA in Cartooning & Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. I currently live in Southern Vermont with my super fiance, a crazy (yet lovable) cat, a laid-back corn snake, and the cutest tree frog who ever lived. My interests include storytelling, comic books, pre-history, cephalopods, mythology, and cryptozoology.
